Q: How did you find out about the Windy Pandas?
A: I had a dream about a tornado with flying Pandas in it!!After I woke up I thought wow Windy Pandas would be a cool name, then I found out a team actually exits with that name. It was my destiny to join haha. On a serious note though Pol tried to persuade me for 3 years and then last year when Jet joined I thought I would give it a go to join my GM buddies =)
Q: What have been your likes and dislikes about Dragonboating so far?
A: Likes – The sport, the team and the Dim sum (though I don’t really like dim sum) Dislikes – 10am Sat (No TSQ night before now) when it’s cold, scared of deep water.
Q: What has been your favourite holiday?
A: Haven’t been on any with Pandas yet. My upcoming EDC Las Vegas road trip with some of the Pandas I’m sure will make my top 3.
Q: If you can have dinner with 3 famous people, alive or dead, who would they be and why?
A: Tough one. I don’t have an answer but probably ones are fit in films or music celebs.
Q: Whats your best movie and worst?
A: Fav – Fast and Furious 5 probably one of my more recent favs. Worst – Matrix part 3 biggest flop ever.
Q: Explain your nickname? How did it come about
A: Har Gow. My nick name is a dim sum. Put it this way, lets say I accidentally ordered what I thought was ‘har gow’ in a Chinese restaurant but what i actually ordered was ummm (don’t think I can say it here as might be offensive?) something else which sounds similar (well I’m not Chinese how was I supposed to know =P)
Q: What is your favourite quote (if any)
A: Mine fav quotes from myself: DMO – Drop me out Technically….
Q: What do you miss most about being a kid?
A: Not having much care in the world, being free without much of the worries in life as we have when we get older.
Q: How would your friends describe you?
A: I don’t know, hope to think its nice stuff lol. Some say I’m funny as I tend to mis say a lot of words or come out with some funny quotes and stuff but I don’t know. Some say I got some nice dance moves on the dance floor too but I doubt that.
Q: When is your birthday and can you swim?
A: Nov 4th. I can’t swim, I’m scarred of deep water and there will be no training sessions in November soo booooooom no dunking =)
Q: Last question – Are you any good at running? (yes/no)
A: Isn’t that Alan Lam’s line when he waits outside gyms asking the girls that come out??
